Shipping Policy

Where We Ship: We deliver to your countries/regions. Processing & Delivery: Orders are processed in two business days. Standard delivery takes 7-9 days; express delivery 4-6 days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Shipping Costs: Costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Tracking & Issues: You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Lost or damaged packages? Contact us at email@example.com. International Orders: Customs fees or taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on custom items. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will be happy to arrange a replacement.
